Order Confirmation and Tracking

After placing your order, we will send you an email confirming our receipt. We will also notify you when your order ships. Because the beds are packed pre-assembled, items ordered together will be shipped separately in their own packaging materials. As previously stated, please allow between 4-6 weeks for construction of your bed. Please add another week for Fed Ex Ground to deliver your package.

Please be sure that someone will be able to accept delivery at your shipping address during normal Fed Ex delivery hours. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the return is a result of our error. Additional shipping charges may apply if we need to reship a package that is returned to us due to delivery problems. Refused shipments (due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses) will be charged to your account for accrued returned shipping fees, if any.

Return Policy

Because Bark Deco beds are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged product, you may return the item in its original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will repair said damage. "Damaged product" only covers flaws in original workmanship. Please contact us before beginning this process. In addition, we cannot be responsible for items that may be damaged or ruined by your pet. Please take into consideration your dog's age and behavior when ordering.
